MATH MAX Title

MATH MAX

MATH MAX Home Screen

MATH MAX is the studios first game for public release. The art is inspired by the gritty, low-resolution, semi-blurry UIs of the early 2000s. (Something about conflicting ppi values just feels like home.) The game is designed to help strengthen arithmetic skills with a stimulating environment and motivational music. Track progress and high scores, share scores to leaderboards, customize colors and difficulty, move progress to a new device, and unlock new options to personalize your game!

Play how you want!

Two random integers and an operator appear each round. Get as many rounds correct in a row as you can! The time limit, operators, negative answers, rounding, minimum and maximum integer values, and more can be changed to your preference.

Select your background from natural and abstract moving environments, as well as your board type (chalkboard, whiteboard, and neon blackboard), text color and music. Unlock badges and themes (solids, metals, and gems) by playing preset game modes.

Watch yourself improve!

Track the number of games played, average score of each game, average time per answer, by game mode and time limit, for each day, week, month, year, and all time! Statistics are displayed in chart and graph form for ease of reading.

Each game mode and time limit setting save your 10 high scores and fastest times, as well as the date of each one. A high score of over 20 in each mode unlocks rewards for that mode and all easier modes! MAX modes will unlock badges!

You can upload your highest score to the leaderboard for each mode to show off your best scores and times and see how you rank. Remember, it's not about, "who's the best?" It's about, "am I improving?"

Save Data to the Cloud

MATH MAX has cloud saving options as well, allowing you to store your progress and recover it on a new device, that way you don't lose progress between devices, even if you lose the old one. Saving to and loading from the cloud overwrites existing data, so compare first to be sure what progress you want to use.

To use cloud features and leaderboards you must make a username and password. You can then select a name to display on the leaderboards! To help you keep your privacy, we gather no data other than game and device information for your account. Our game, like most, doesn't need your personal info to function!

This also means there is no recovery method for your login, so write it down, and, if you need to, only share it with someone you trust. If you think someone has your login, you can change your password, as long as you know the old one.

If you really need to, you can delete the account you are logged into, which will also delete your cloud backup and leaderboard entries. You can then make a new account and reupload them, as long as you're still on the device with that progress (you can compare and load your cloud data before deleting if you are unsure).

Pre-Production

We have so many projects of various scopes, sizes, and styles underway, and every sale and donation goes towards us being able to make more games.

Currently we are finishing the design and early system testing for a few projects, including another math game and something more casual. We'll have more out about these very soon, so stay tuned...

We are writing a series of interactive books that teach reading, spelling, and grammar, through stories that demonstrate mindfulness, emotional growth, and facing life's challenges.

There are 100+ ideas in our idea bank, and its always growing. If you want to help make these games, or make one of your own, please reach out, on Discord or elsewhere, and let's talk. Whether you need direction and advice, skills training in art or programming, or hands on help, we can get your game made together!
